Our Family's Grandchildren.

Corey, my nephew arrived in Roanoke Friday 11-14-2008 from Iraq, Corey spent the afternoon visiting and filling us in on his life, for those of you that don' know, Corey is Gary's son.
Shannon and Corey are the oldest Grandchildren but Shannon is several months older, not that you could ever tell by looking at them.. Corey is approx 6 feet 7-inches tall and wears a 15/16 shoe depending on the type of shoe, He is a giant.
Gary and I took what we always called "Arm Pit" Pictures of Shannon and Corey at Christmas to see where Shannon was sizing up but she never had a chance.. the last "Arm Pit" picture taken of these two kids was the Welcome Home Party from the Marines so Shannon just stood on a chair to reach his height.. I will be posting a picture of Corey soon so stay tuned.

The grandchildren in this family are somewhat close together-Baby boy, Baby Girl are my sister's babies and they are both in the arms of Our Heavenly Father, Shannon, Corey, Crystal, Gregory, Robert, Whitney, Megan and James and hopefully this list will continue to grow.- I think it a bit strange that we all have two children and we each have a boy and a girl- The only one that messed that order up was Gary-Way to Go Gary! as William would say.......

Last Christmas Keith and I gave Martha a very very special gift.. A necklace with her two babies Birthstones in the shape of a boy and girl...This was certainly a tearful moment in our home and I Love to see it around her neck... AHH, that Little "Tator Tot".......
